Popular Creatures of the Night Hike Returns
After taking a year off due to the pandemic, Cataraqui Conservation’s fun fall event, the Creatures of the Night Hike returns to Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area. The event is a way to experience wildlife in its natural habitat in the briskness of a fall evening and learn how to identify the animals that come out at night by some telltale sounds and signs.
The hike takes place just in time for Halloween, Saturday October 30 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area. Cataraqui Conservation has safety protocols in place to protect participants and staff. We also ask that all participants wear a face mask during the hike and if you have a medical exemption to leave a note during the registration process. We thank you for your cooperation to help keep our community and staff safe.
The cost for the hike is $5 per adult and $3.50 for kids. As this is a popular event, pre-registration is required. Visit our Registration page.
The Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area is located on Division Street just two kilometres north of Highway 401.
