June 16 - Flood Watch Cancelled, Shoreline Conditions Statement - Water Safety Issued
Cataraqui Conservation has downgraded the Flood Watch (in effect since April 12, 2020), to a Shoreline Conditions Statement – Water Safety for Lake Ontario and the upper St. Lawrence River.

May 11 - Flood Watch Update for Lake Ontario & Upper St. Lawrence River
Cataraqui Conservation has updated its Flood Watch for Lake Ontario and the upper St. Lawrence River today. While water levels are higher than normal for this time of year, it is predicted that any increases in overall levels will be minimal. Levels are not expected to reach the historic levels experienced over the past few years.

April 19 - Watershed Conditions Statement - Water Safety, Issued for Inland Lakes and Streams
Cataraqui Conservation has issued a Watershed Conditions Statement – Water Safety today in response to a significant weather system crossing the Province.

April 12 - Flood Watch Issued for Lake Ontario & Upper St. Lawrence River
Cataraqui Conservation has issued a Flood Watch for Lake Ontario and the upper St. Lawrence River today due to the elevated water levels. Higher than normal water levels persist, and further increases are expected.

March 19 - Cataraqui Conservation Extends Water Safety Statement for Inland Lakes & Streams
Cataraqui Conservation has extended the current Water Safety Statement for the region to alert the public of high flows and safety around dams and watercourses.
A storm system is forecasted to drop 10 – 25 mm of rain March 19 and 20.

Cataraqui Conservation has issued a Watershed Conditions Statement – Water Safety today in advance of warm temperatures and rainfall forecasted for March 8 through 10.

Safety Statement (in effect since December 5, 2019) for Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River today due to persistently higher than average water levels.

Jan. 9 - Cataraqui Conservation Issues A Watershed Conditions Statement - Water Safety for Inland Lakes and Streams
Statement – Water Safety today due to a strong storm system that is forecasted for January 10 through 12 and expected to bring rain and freezing rain to the region. Total amounts and form of precipitation is uncertain, but forecasts are calling for rainfall amounts of 25-55 mm+. Higher amounts are possible.
