Cataraqui Conservation is seeking proposals from interested contractors for services for the 2026 Spring Tree Planting Program, with the option to renew the contract in one-year increments for up to five (5) years. For the spring of 2026, the Conservation Authority is seeking quotations for the machine planting of an estimated 200,000 bareroot tree seedlings, and for the scribing and herbicide strip-spray of an estimated 150,000 of the total seedlings.
Cataraqui Conservation requests that proposals for the work be submitted no later than 12:00 pm (noon) Eastern Standard Time on March 11, 2026. Details of the scope of work are provided below.
