Legal Property Inquiry Form

Legal property inquiries include a formal written response on Cataraqui Conservation letterhead as well as detailed mapping information. These include responses to formal legal or real estate inquiries, or a review of historical files for specific projects or technical reviews. The fee for this service is $210 per property pin. If a site visit is required, the fee is $365.

This process can take up to 10 business days to receive a response.

Property owners, prospective purchasers or their representatives seeking information about if a property can be developed or is regulated must submit a Property Inquiry form. Property owners or their representatives inquiring whether a specific project requires a permit should submit a Permit Inquiry form.
