Join Forest Therapy Guide Stana Luxford Oddie  on a lantern lit evening forest therapy walk. A forest therapy walk is a healing and connective practice that provides the opportunity to deepen your relationship with nature, yourself, and others. Everything is an invitation, participants follow what feels comfortable to them. The experience can involve walking, sitting, standing or even lying down and the option to share in circle what you are noticing with others. Some side effects might include a boosted immune system, reduced stress and anxiety, greater creativity and focus, better sleep. Slow down, heal and connect with nature.

Thank you frontline workers. We would like to offer you free admission to our forest therapy walks as a thank you for all you do in our community. Please contact Krista at kfazackerley@crca.ca or 613-546-4228 ext. 243 to register.

Cataraqui Conservation has health and safety protocols in place to protect staff and participants during forest therapy walks. We ask that all participants do a self screening before the walk and if you are feeling unwell or have COVID-19 symptoms stay home and do not come to the walk. Thank you.
