The Friends of Mac Johnson Wildlife Area Spring Tree Sale Fundraiser continues Sat May 29 and June 5, plus Wednesday June 2 and 9 (9:00 am to 1:00 pm) at the tree nursery 4673 Debruge Road just east of the entrance to the Mac Johnson Wildlife area. We have enjoyed a huge response from people looking to enhance their yards and many are looking to replace damaged or dead trees such as the Black Ashe but whatever the reason, we are sure to have a tree to suit your requirements. Over 30 species of shrubs, conifers and deciduous to choose from. We appreciate your patience when waiting in line outside of the nursery as we continue to serve and protect under the Covid-19 protocols. CTV News Ottawa dropped in Saturday to see what we were up to as did CFJR Radio “The Move” on Wednesday. If you are a repeat customer and have some of the tree pots kicking around, we’d be more than happy to have you drop them off to us. If you’d like to become a member of the Friends, you can do so on-line or while visiting the nursery to purchase your trees. Membership is $25 and gets you 10% off your tree purchase. See you soon!
Please see our detailed species list (updated after each sale date) of our tree inventory including tree sizes, quantities and prices to help you plan your visit to the nursery.
