Trail conditions have deteriorated over the weekend. Trails 1 and 2 have little snow cover with roots and grass showing through in sections. If you have your own skis and are coming to the property we suggest trying the service roads to the sugar bush and dam and trail 4. There were reports of trail 4 starting to deteriorate with pine needs and some roots starting to show through.
Snow that fell Sunday night was not enough to groom and we are expecting with rain/freezing rain today and warmer temperatures that trails will further deteriorate.
